Our Terms & Conditions

Our minimum hire charge  is £350.00 + vat (per day)

Cancellation charges apply to confirmed bookings (either verbal or written), cancelled within the following time periods:-

10 - 6 working days …….……………………..…………......… 50%
5 working days up to same day ……………………..………… 100%

A working day is defined as a full standard working day 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

These charges also apply for postponement of confirmed bookings unless another booking for a similar value is received.

We accept no liability due to disruption or delay due to major utility failure, inclement weather, transport disputes, disruptions, bomb scares, fuel shortages or major sporting events or any other reason beyond our control.

Provisional bookings will only be held subject to availability. If another client requests the same booking, the original client will have the option to confirm before it is released, but in the event of The Centre not being able to contact the original client for whatever reason, the booking will go to the first confirmed booking.

Terms of payment are strictly 30 days from date of invoice and are subject to VAT.
